Our Services
We offer specialist individual and paired coaching tailored specifically to the requirements of competitive swimmers, triathletes, and open-water athletes.
Our sessions are dedicated exclusively to technical refinement, focusing on the mechanics of the stroke and the precision of race elements rather than fitness-based training.
To suit your specific goals and schedule, we offer both 45-minute and 60-minute sessions at our Essex facility.
These can be booked as individual technical coaching for immediate feedback, or as a structured package of four or eight sessions for those seeking a more comprehensive programme of technical progression.

Real Time Video Analysis
Video feedback is fundamental to our approach, integrated into every session.
Using the Athlee system, we stream footage from up to two angles simultaneously to a poolside display.
This allows you and your coach to review, pause, and annotate your stroke in real-time ensuring technical adjustments are made and understood while you are still in the water.
-
Body position and streamlining
Kick timing, propulsion, and underwater quality
Arm stroke mechanics and efficient catch/recovery
Breathing, rhythm and coordination
Starts, turns, and underwater phases
-
A video recap of your stroke, starts, and turns, annotated with key corrections
Personalised feedback highlighting the exact adjustments you should make
The Athlee system is designed with elite coaching in mind, ensuring your feedback loop is immediate, actionable, and results-focused.
Massage Therapy
We also offer three types of massage post coaching session (or during if waiting for a swimmer)
-
If you have chronic tension, soreness imbalance or specific injury, rehabilitation. It can help relieve tight muscles, chronic muscle pain, and anxiety.
During a deep tissue massage, your massage therapist will use slow strokes and deep finger pressure to relieve tension from the deepest layers of your muscles and connective tissues. While deep tissue may be more intense, you shouldn’t feel any pain or soreness.
Avoid this type of massage if you’re overly sensitive to pressure.
-
Sports massage is a good option if you have a repetitive use injury or sprain. It is also a good option if you are prone to injuries because it can be used to help prevent sports injuries, relieve pain or muscle tension. You may also use sports massage to increase flexibility and performance.
-
The most common type of massage is Full Body Massage Therapy.
We use a combination of:
kneading
long, flowing strokes in the direction of the heart
deep circular motions
vibration and tapping
passive joint movement techniques
By relieving muscle tension, Full body Massage can be both relaxing and energising. And it may even help after an injury.
