Our Coaches
Hayley Lamkin
Hayley is an experienced triathlete who has competed at the age group world championships for GB and has raced across many of the distances, with the half Ironman distance being her favourite.
She is also a British Triathlon level 2 qualified coach and has supported athletes of all abilities, from complete beginners to Ironman finishers. Some of her favourite success stories are those who struggled to swim 50m and are now comfortably swimming non-stop and competing in multiple triathlon races.
She genuinely loves seeing people improve, and that passion is what drives her as a coach every day.
Hayley’s sessions are Wednesday evening and Sunday morning
